Double rail feeding and 5 + 5 station are adopted. The feeding part adopts high precision chain rolling track system.
The track is made of high hardness and wear-resistant alloy material, with low pressure air blowing device in the
track to ensure that the track is durable and does not need maintenance. The feeding speed is regulated by
frequency conversion, and the cutter shaft is driven by high-speed frequency conversion motor. The structure is
compact, high-speed and high-precision. The pressing beam adopts electric lifting and broadband adjusting, which
has the function of digital display of width. Each working station is equipped with upper pressing plate and lower
supporting plate to ensure high processing accuracy.
