The Medium Duty 4 Side Moulder VH-M416

Four Side Moulder VH-M416 has four spindles and can process material with max working width of 160 mm, working thickness of 120mm. The lathe bed of VH-M416 is of integral structure , being made of casting with damping performance, and the rigidity of the lathe bed is better. Laying a good foundation for the smooth running of the cutter shaft and feeding system.

VH-M416 can be used to process Soft wood strip, Medium cutting capacity strip, MDF strip, HDF strip, Glued laminated timber and Square boards. It is a good choose for some simple furnitures production such as Children's furniture and Nordic Style Furniture ect, which does not need complex wood moulding.
VH-M416 Moulder Outstanding Features

1. Inverter to feed, speed range from 6 – 36m/min;

2. Each spindle of moulder VH-M416 ha4 its own Motor , which can guarantee the power for cutting;

3. All cutter shafts adjustment are carried out in front of the machine for convenience.

4. The machine Feeding Frequency inverter uses digital display, very easy to operate. It saves energy and also can reduce wearing because of mechanical transmission;

5. Electroplating with chrome improves durability of the worktable surface;

6. Equipped for advancing the smooth feeding of short piece availably;

7. Active feeding wheel is in front of the machine worktable, which make feeding easier and smooth;
